Yes. Executive staff members (Tier 2 positions) must have at least one year of experience as a writer in order to apply for a Tier 2 position.

Once you’ve submitted your application for the Photographers position, our Editor-in-Chief and executive team will review your submission. Here’s what you can expect during the review process, training, and opportunities for advancement.
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for reviewing all Tier 2 applications. The Editor-in-Chief has the authority to appoint any qualified staff member to a position.
Yes. The Editor-in-Chief will provide training to creative staff members for their position.
Yes. After one year of experience at The TAV Times, staff members in Tier 1 or Tier 2 can move up to a Tier 3 position.
